MANILA-- Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms are expected over Bicol Region, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its 24-hour forecast released Monday afternoon (Marc3).
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will be experienced over Metro Manila and rest of the country.
The easterlies are affecting eastern sections of the country.
According to PAGASA, light to moderate winds blowing from the east to southeast will prevail over Northern and Central Luzon.
Light and variable winds will prevail over rest of the country.
"Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate," PAGASA added.
