MANILA-- The country will continue to experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies, isolated light to occasional heavy rains, gusty winds and lightning on Monday, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
It added that the ridge of a high pressure area (HPA) still affects Luzon and the Visayas.
Meanwhile, light to moderate winds will blow from southeast to east over Luzon, and from southeast to south over the rest of the archipelago.
The country's coastal waters will be slight to moderate, PAGASA said.
