36 flights canceled so far due to inclement weather

There are at least 36 canceled flights as of 3:07 p.m. Sunday due to inclement weather, the Manila International Airport Authority said.

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 5 due to Super Typhoon Karding has been raised in Polillo Islands; extreme northern portion of Quezon (the northern and central portions of General Nakar, the northeastern portion of Infanta); extreme southern portion of Aurora (Dingalan); eastern portion of Bulacan (Doña Remedios Trinidad, Norzagaray); and extreme southeastern portion of Nueva Ecija (the southeastern portion of General Tinio) as of 2 p.m.

 

“Karding” will likely make landfall in the vicinity of the northern portion of Quezon or the southern portion of Aurora tonight.
