MANILA-- Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will prevail over Metro Manila and rest of Luzon, said Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) in its 24-hour forecast released Friday afternoon.
The northeast monsoon or 'amihan' is also affecting Luzon.
PAGASA also forecast partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over rest of the country.
"Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Northern Luzon and eastern section of Central and Southern Luzon and of Eastern Visayas and coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough," it continued.
PAGASA also said elsewhere in the country, winds will be "light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas."
