MANILA– Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will be experienced over Metro Manila and rest of the country, said Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) in its 24-hour forecast released Friday afternoon (April 7).
Ridge of a high-pressure area is affecting Northern Luzon.
PAGASA also said the easterlies are affecting eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon, of the Visayas and of Mindanao.
Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the east to southeast will prevail over Northern Luzon while winds from the east to northeast may blow over rest of Luzon and the Visayas.
Coastal waters there will be moderate to occasionally rough.
“Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the east to northeast with slight to moderate seas,” PAGASA added.
