MANILA-- The whole archipelago will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Sunday.
It added that the ridge of a high pressure area (HPA) is affecting the eastern section of Luzon and Visayas..
Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds will blow from southwestbover extreme northern Luzon, and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate blowing from southeast to southwest with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
