MANILA-- Torre Lorenzo Development Corp.n (TLDC) will spend Php 30 billion to Php 32 billion for 22 projects in its pipeline.
TLDC Chief Executive Officer Tomas Lorenzo said these investments would be for university residences and mixed-used developments within and outside Metro Manila in the next years.
"By 2020, we expected to complete 20 to 21 projects," said Lorenzo in a briefing in Makati City Tuesday.
For this year, TLDC will turnover two projects: Torre Central near University of Sto. Tomas and Torre Sur beside University of Perpetual Help.
Five developments will also kick-off this year, including the university residences Tierra Lorenzo Malvar in Malate, Manila and Tierra Lorenzo DasmariAas in Cavite; residential developments Tierra Lorenzo San Fernando in Pampanga and its second building for Tierra Lorenzo Lipa in Batangas; and its own hotel brand T Hotel San Fernando in Pampanga.
By 2018, TLDC will start the development for eight new projects including Tierra Lorenzo San Fernando, T Hotel Baguio, and a high-end family residential project in Malate, Manila.
In the next three to five years, the company targets to complete Dusit Thani Residences and dusitD2 Hotel in Davao City.
TLDC is a pioneer in university residences, catering to markets near universities, particularly to students. (PNA)
