Urgent: 5.1-magnitude quake hits Chile — USGS

BEIJING -- An earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale jolted 43 km east of Calama, Chile on Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 94.66 km, was initially determined to be at 22.4783 degrees south latitude and 68.514 degrees west longitude.
