MANILA--Palawan and the Mindoro provinces will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its 24-hour forecast released Friday afternoon (June 23).
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and rest of the country, PAGASA also said.
The southwest monsoon or 'habagat' is affecting Southern Luzon's western section, noted PAGASA.
"Light to moderate winds coming from the southwest to south will prevail over Luzon and from the southeast to south over rest of the country," PAGASA said.
Coastal waters nationwide will be slight to moderate, PAGASA added.
