MANILA-- Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and rest of the country, said Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) in its 24-hour forecast released Thursday afternoon.
The easterlies are affecting eastern sections of the country.
"Light to moderate winds blowing from the east to southeast will prevail over Northern and Central Luzon and coming from the east to northeast over rest of the country," PAGASA continued.
Coastal waters nationwide will be slight to moderate.
