Davao: Police arrested 26 suspects and seized PHP1.2 million worth of illegal drugs in 14 operations across Davao Region on Monday. In a statement, the Police Regional Office-11 said the operations led to the confiscation of 179.40 grams of shabu and 13.81 grams of marijuana.

According to Philippines News Agency, PRO-11 chief, Brig. Gen. Joseph Arguelles, emphasized their commitment to eradicating illegal drugs and protecting communities. Arguelles reported that in October, the campaign resulted in the seizure of PHP15.4 million worth of illegal drugs.

PRO-11 conducted 353 anti-drug operations last month, arresting 405 suspects, including 74 high-value individuals and 331 street-level individuals. Recovered in October were 1,576.38 grams of shabu, 39,121.38 grams of marijuana leaves, 62 grams of marijuana oil, and five ecstasy tablets. He noted the dedication of PRO-11's operating units and partner agencies in maintaining community safety.
