Davao: The Police Regional Office-Davao (PRO-11) seized over PHP1.6 million worth of illegal drugs during a series of operations conducted from July 7 to 13, a top official said Wednesday. Brig. Gen. Joseph Arguelles, PRO-11 director, announced that 57 coordinated anti-illegal drug operations led to the arrest of 64 individuals.

According to Philippines News Agency, of those arrested, 13 were identified as high-value targets while 51 were street-level offenders. Arguelles commended the personnel involved for their dedication and discipline during the operations.

Arguelles stated, 'PRO-11 will continue to strengthen our ties with the community to deter and eliminate the drug menace at the grassroots level.' He assured the public that PRO-11 remains dedicated to eradicating illegal drugs in the region through ongoing law enforcement efforts, community involvement, and inter-agency cooperation.
