This incident occurred at Hugo Perez Elementary School-Annex in Trece Martires City on July 2, in collaboration with the City Health Office.
According to Philippines News Agency, DepEd expressed its commitment to fully understanding the circumstances surrounding the event and is collaborating closely with health authorities to investigate the matter.
