Manila: The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) launched a new artificial intelligence (AI)-powered web interface designed to automate frontline services and simplify regulatory compliance by streamlining business licensing and accreditation processes nationwide.
According to Philippines News Agency, the DTI is embracing digitization through this new AI chatbot to cut red tape, improve access, and empower businesses under the 'Bagong Pilipinas' vision, as stated by DTI Secretary Cristina Roque.
The digital assistant uses AI technology to provide real-time responses, effectively eliminating the need for queuing, in-person visits, and time-consuming email correspondence. It is available 24/7 through the DTI's Integrated Registration Information System website at https://iregis.dti.gov.ph/, offering instant responses to inquiries on key DTI-related services.
The DTI reiterated its commitment to easing the process of doing business and contributing to sustainable national economic growth.
