KUALA LUMPUR, The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives traded mostly lower this morning. At 9.14 am, the August 2024 spot month contract declined 3.0 points to 1,562.5. The September 2024 contract fell by 2.0 points to 1,545.5, while the December 2024 contract shed 0.5 of-a-point to 1,552.0. In contrast, March 2025 contract gained 2.0 points to 1,544.5. Turnover amounted to 2,453 lots, while open interest stood at 49,463 contracts. At 9.34 am, the FBM KLCI declined by 0.95 of-a-point to 1,573.44 from Tuesday's close of 1,574.39.
