ICE Arrests Murderers, Pedophiles, and Rapists Over the Weekend

Washington, D.C.: Today, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released the names and rap sheets of criminal illegal aliens arrested over the weekend, including murderers, pedophiles, and rapists.

According to Homeland Security, over the weekend, ICE agents apprehended several criminal illegal aliens, including individuals convicted of violent crimes. These arrests demonstrate the ongoing efforts of ICE law enforcement to remove dangerous criminals from American communities. Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin highlighted the substantial risks ICE officers face, noting an 830 percent increase in assaults against them, yet they continue their crucial work undeterred.

The arrests included Chue Vue, a 37-year-old illegal alien from Laos, and Gil Salinas-Anaclo, a 35-year-old from Peru, convicted of larceny in Northampton County, PA. ICE Houston captured Gilmer Vertiz-Bustemante, a 37-year-old from Mexico, convicted of murder in Tarrant County, TX. ICE Buffalo detained Andra Adams Scott, a 30-year-old from Jamaica, convicted of attempted robbery in Queens County, NY.

Another significant arrest was of Henry Jose Marquez, a 55-year-old from Venezuela, taken by ICE Los Angeles for cocaine smuggling in Tampa, FL. ICE Boston arrested Jovinnel Giron Meneses, a 29-year-old from the Philippines, convicted of multiple heinous offenses, including aggravated rape of a child and indecent assault in Middlesex, MA. ICE Philadelphia arrested Juan Ramirez-Velasquez, a 27-year-old from Guatemala, convicted of raping a victim under 12 in Dover, DE.

Further arrests included Emmanuel Evariste, a 39-year-old from Haiti, convicted of a drug-related conspiracy in Boston, MA. ICE Buffalo also detained Sakir Akkan, a 22-year-old from Turkey, convicted of a violent sexual assault in Albany County, NY. Lastly, ICE St. Louis arrested Nodir Negmatov, from Uzbekistan, who attempted to illegally obtain ITAR-controlled munitions at a Boeing plant in St. Charles, Missouri.
