McDonald’s Philippines Celebrates Christmas with Spectacular Ride-Thru Light Shows.

Quezon City: McDonald's Philippines has brought back its highly anticipated 'Ride-Thru Light Show' to spread the excitement of the Christmas season. As part of the 'Love Ko ang Pasko, Love Ko ang McDonald's' (I Love Christmas, I Love McDonald's) campaign, select stores of the fast food chain were transformed into wonderlands, bringing the brightness of the season to life with radiant displays and feel-good vibes. According to Philippines News Agency, on Nov. 8, the ride-thru light show delighted diners with the themes Barrio Pasko (Christmas Town) at Quezon Avenue Ligaya, Quezon City; Snowy Mountain at Pioneer- Reliance, Mandaluyong City; Candy Cane Lane at Paseo Arcenas, Cebu City; and Neon Dreamworld at MAA Diversion Road, Davao City. More stores will join the celebration in the coming weeks. McDonald's Clarkgate in Pampanga will light up with a magical toyland theme, while Winter Wonderland will conquer Southwoods, Laguna and Gingerbread House will come to life at McKinley West, Taguig. "The holiday seas on is about sharing love and creating special memories with family and friends. This Christmas, we're excited to share more feel-good moments with our customers by adding more sparkle to every visit. We want every person who walks through our doors or drives through to feel the magic that the season brings," Adi Timbol-Hernandez, McDonald's Philippines assistant vice president of Corporate Relations and Impact, said in a news release. McDonald's launched the Ride-Thru Light Show at the height of the pandemic in 2021, the first quick service restaurant that transformed its drive-thru lanes to provide families with a fun and festive experience at a time when there were limited places to visit. This year, the experience comes to more branches in more areas in the country, casting a holiday glow from 6 p.m. to 5 a.m. until Jan. 5, 2025. (PR)
