Gingoog City: The National Housing Authority (NHA) has earmarked PHP75 million for a new mixed-use condominium project in Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental, as announced by Mayor Erick Ca±osa. The initiative aims to provide 168 housing units tailored for workers and residents who lack landholdings. The commencement of construction is contingent upon the completion of the contractor bidding process.
According to Philippines News Agency, Mayor Ca±osa disclosed that the project was solidified last week through a collaboration between NHA and city officials. The authorities are currently in the preparatory stages for the bidding process, which will soon determine the project's contractors.
Alongside the NHA's housing initiative, the Gingoog City government is expediting other civic projects. This includes the construction of a school dormitory and enhancements in public health services. Mayor Ca±osa also highlighted advancements at the city hospital, which will soon be equipped to perform blood culture methods for precise detection of infections and diseases.
