Bacolod: Outsourcing and information technology (IT) services provider Innov8 IT Solutions, Inc. has expanded in this urbanized city, becoming the first business process outsourcing (BPO) office tenant at Megaworld's The Upper East. Occupying almost 5,000 square meters of prime office space at No. 1 Upper East Avenue, Innov8 IT Solutions officially launched its operations Monday afternoon during an event led by its president Michael Yulo and Megaworld Premier Offices head Roland Tiongson.

According to Philippines News Agency, Tiongson remarked that the arrival of Innov8 IT Solutions is a strong vote of confidence in The Upper East and its role as a preferred business address in Bacolod City. On Tuesday, the city's Department of Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions (DLEDIP) congratulated Megaworld and Innov8 IT Solutions on achieving a monumental milestone.

"This marks a significant leap forward in Bacolod City's journey as a top-tier IT and business process management hub in the region," said DLEDIP head and city investment officer Frances Mae Llamas. Llamas noted that the city government applauds Megaworld for its commitment to building infrastructure and urban communities that attract global and local enterprises.

She added that by choosing The Upper East for its operations, Innov8 IT Solutions affirms its confidence in Bacolod's digital ecosystem, business environment, and talent pool. Megaworld stated that the prime office space provides a strategic platform for Innov8 IT Solutions' expansion, offering a modern, secure, and technology-enabled workplace for its workforce.

"The building itself is a milestone for Bacolod's office market, being the city's first-ever Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design-certified office development," it added.
