MANILA -- Light to moderate rains and possible occasional heavy rains will prevail over the country on Wednesday due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
Light to moderate rains and possible occasionally heavy rains, gusty winds and lightning due will be experienced over Mindanao, western Visayas and Palawan.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies, isolated light to occasionally heavy rains, gusty winds and lightning will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
The country's coastal waters will be slight to moderate, PAGASA said.
