Manila: President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. expressed his gratitude towards several Arab states for granting clemency to Filipinos who were convicted of offenses in their host countries. During his 4th State of the Nation Address (SONA), the President highlighted that more than 600 Filipinos have been pardoned by countries including the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Bahrain.
