This achievement marks the third consecutive ISO recertification for PCSO, underscoring the agency's ongoing commitment to service excellence, operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and good governance. These efforts are aimed at benefiting the Filipino people.
The ISO 9001:2015 standard is globally recognized for ensuring that an organization's quality management systems align with international best practices. For PCSO, obtaining this milestone strengthens its mission to provide reliable gaming services while ensuring that every peso bet is used to fund charitable programs nationwide.
The organization has urged the public to support its gaming products to raise more revenues for health initiatives, medical services, and other national charities.
