Manila: The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) will auction 70 properties across Luzon via electronic public bidding (e-bidding) on Sept. 23 to 24.
According to Philippines News Agency, the e-bidding will feature 51 residential, 17 agricultural, and one mixed residential/agricultural property. These properties are located in Albay, Batangas, Camarines Sur, Isabela, Laguna, Palawan, Pangasinan, Romblon, and Sorsogon.
A prime 240-square-meter commercial lot along the Western Nautical Highway in Naujan, Oriental Mindoro, highlights the auction with a minimum bid price of PHP3.1 million.
The PDIC stated that online bid submissions will open from 9 a.m. on Sept. 23 until 1 p.m. on Sept. 24, followed by the opening of bids at 2 p.m. Prospective buyers can participate in the e-bidding through a one-time registration on the portal at https://assetsforsale.pdic.gov.ph/Account/Register or access the portal by clicking the 'Assets for Sale' icon on the PDIC website's homepage at www.pdic.gov.ph.
