Pope Remains Stable Amid Treatment, Balances Rest, Prayer, Work

Rome: Pope Francis remains in stable condition as he continues to undergo treatment for pneumonia at a Rome hospital, the Vatican reported Friday.

According to Philippines News Agency, the Pontiff's day was spent balancing rest, prayer, prescribed therapies, and physiotherapy - both motor and respiratory - along with some work.

In the morning, he spent about 20 minutes in the chapel for prayer before continuing with his duties. No new medical bulletin was issued for the day.
