In the page playoff system, the winner between the group champions will advance directly to the final, while the losing team will face off against the winner of the match between the runners-up for a second shot at the final. Group A runners-up Johor, meanwhile, will face Group B runners-up Pahang in the page round. In the women's competition, Group C champions Perak defeated Johor 7-5 at the Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Merbau field, setting up a clash with Group D champions Negeri Sembilan.
