Manila: Boutique airline Sunlight Air on Wednesday said it is celebrating its seventh anniversary by holding a seat sale and several activities in the coming weeks.

According to Philippines News Agency, from July 22-23, 2026, passengers can book one-way base fare flights for PHP99 to all destinations, and get 15 percent off on "value and plus" fares to all Sunlight Air destinations with the promo code 7SOARING. The airline said it has prepared an anniversary celebration from July 21-22 at the Mactan-Cebu International Airport and Fuente Osme±a Park, where travelers and pedestrians can enjoy fun activities and win prizes.

"We're very proud to say that Sunlight Air is the only boutique airline in the Philippines, not because it makes the airline appear more 'unique', but because it is a testament to how we have overcome - and continuously overcome the challenges most boutique airlines are prone to," Sunlight Air CEO Ryna Brito-Garcia said in a statement.

Garcia claimed that despite the pandemic and fluctuating fuel prices, they have maintained the service standards that distinguished Sunlight Air from the beginning: a no-overbooking policy, wider legroom and complimentary inflight snacks, and a network exclusively serving domestic island destinations. Since its launch, Sunlight Air now flies daily from its hub in Clark to Caticlan, Siargao, and Coron, and from Cebu to Coron, Siargao, and Siquijor using its ATR-600s and ATR-700 fleet.
