Pasay City: Two suspects were arrested and suspected shabu with an estimated street value of PHP68 million was seized during an anti-drug operation in Pasay City, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) reported on Saturday. According to Philippines News Agency, the PDEA stated that the suspects, known by their aliases Aldrich, 28, and Rudy, 32, were apprehended in a buy-bust operation at Seaside Boulevard, North Parking, SMBY, Barangay 76 in Pasay City at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Items confiscated from the suspects included 10 kilograms of suspected shabu, cellular phones, a vehicle, buy-bust money, and identification cards. The two individuals are set to be charged with violating Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, at the Pasay City Prosecutor's Office.
