The adventure covers diverse terrains, from trails to waters, climbs to flights.
According to Philippines News Agency, DAC Season 2 is a year-long showcase of Davao Region's thrilling adventure experiences. Running from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026, tourists, visitors, and locals are invited to explore various adventure sites, including mountains, caves, rivers, islands, and coastal wonders. Participants earn points and can receive exclusive rewards and recognition for each visit and challenge completed.
Director Tan highlighted that what began as a bold vision in 2024 has become a vibrant reality. For 2025, the initiative is set to transform hidden gems into must-visit destinations and turn simple vacations into lifelong experiences. The second season promises new escapades with breathtaking views, adrenaline-pumping moments, and thrilling adventures.
Tan expressed immense pride in the initiative, noting that it has tested challengers' endurance while sparking positive change in communities and adventure sites. As a premier adventure destination, Davao Region offers a unique blend of natural wonders, such as the majestic Mt. Apo and the stunning seascapes of Davao Gulf, positioning it as an ideal base for outdoor adventure tourism in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
