These resources will be strategically positioned in school zones, transportation terminals, and major thoroughfares to ensure comprehensive coverage and rapid response to any incidents.
Brig. Gen. Jess B. Mendez, the director of PRO-3, has assured the public that all police units are directed to maintain maximum visibility and readiness during this critical period. "As classes resume, our police officers will be where they are needed most to ensure the safety of our learners and provide peace of mind to parents and teachers," Mendez stated.
He further stressed the importance of collaboration among local government units, school authorities, and community partners to facilitate a successful and secure opening of classes across the region.
