BPI Cuts Corporate Costs with Free BizLink Transfers

Manila: Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) business clients can now transfer funds to other banks for free via BizLink, helping companies cut operational costs and enjoy greater savings starting this month.

According to Philippines News Agency, BPI has announced that it has waived PESONet transfer fees for all transactions made through the Pay Non-BPI disbursement feature of its BizLink. This waiver automatically applies to both new and existing corporate accounts, allowing businesses to seamlessly pay suppliers, service providers, employees, and other beneficiaries.

Louie Cruz, head of Institutional Banking at BPI, emphasized the bank's commitment to helping its clients optimize operations and reduce transaction costs. "BPI understands that every peso counts. By waiving PESONet transfer fees through BPI BizLink, we are helping our clients optimize their operations, lower transaction costs, and allow resources to further grow their business," Cruz stated.

Beyond free PESONet transfers, BPI said BizLink also offers flexible payment options to support different business needs. Clients have the option to choose Pay Now for immediate transactions, Pay On for future-dated payments, or Pay Every for recurring transfers, making it easier to automate routine disbursements. Additionally, the platform's Pay BPI feature allows free fund transfers between BPI accounts.
