Manila: The Department of Agrarian Reform in North Cotabato (DAR-North Cotabato) commended its scholars who passed the recent Agriculturist Licensure Examination, officials reported Wednesday. DAR highlighted the success of Art Anthony Lumogdang, a scholar and child of an Agrarian Reform Beneficiary from Carmen town, who is now a licensed agriculturist.

According to Philippines News Agency, the success of these scholars signifies the growing competence and potential of youth in agrarian reform communities. Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer Evangeline Bueno expressed that this achievement is a testament to the dedication and hard work of the scholars.

Lumogdang, a magna cum laude graduate from the University of Southern Mindanao, expressed gratitude to DAR for the scholarship support that contributed to his accomplishment. He acknowledged the financial assistance provided in the form of semestral and thesis allowances, which played a significant role in his academic journey.

In addition to the department's support, Lumogdang also credited his family for their encouragement and assistance throughout his educational endeavors.
