This system was developed by the Department's Information Systems and Technology Management Service in collaboration with the National Barangay Operations Office and the Bureau of Local Government Development. In conjunction with the launch, the DILG presented the SubayBAYANI Awards to 132 exemplary LGUs across the nation, recognizing their excellence in governance and local infrastructure services.
