Monde Nissin Posts 9.1% Revenue Growth in Q1 2026

Manila: Publicly listed Monde Nissin on Wednesday reported a 9.1 percent revenue growth in the first quarter of 2026, reaching PHP22.8 billion, driven by strong performance across all categories.

According to Philippines News Agency, in an online briefing, Jesse Teo, Monde Nissin's chief financial officer, attributed the jump partly to a low base during the same period last year. He said volume growth was achieved even after the company implemented price increases early in the year.

'We were able to grow volume at the time when we had to raise prices again. We take pricing on manageable chunks, usually three to four percent, and because of that, relatively, we are still one of the best one with the most economical food item,' he said.

Data released by the company showed that core net income attributable to shareholders rose by 11.3 percent to PHP3.3 billion, while net income increased by 34.1 percent to PHP3.7 billion. The latter was attributed to PHP210 million in non-cash gains from the fair value adjustment of the Meat Alternative guaranty asset.

Net sales for the Asia Pacific Branded Food and Beverage (BFB) segment rose 8.6 percent in the first three months to PHP19.1 billion, driven by growth across all categories. For the second quarter of the year, company officials said noodle sales are helping drive growth, given strong demand during times of crisis.
