According to Philippines News Agency, the deployment is part of an effort to maintain a strict five-minute police response time to all emergencies. The officers will be drawn from NCRPO's various districts, including the Manila Police District, Quezon City Police District, Northern Police District, Southern Police District, and Eastern Police District.

Maj. Gen. Aberin highlighted that 1,429 personnel will be stationed at Police Assistance Desks near campuses, bolstered by tactical units such as the Tactical Motorcycle Riding Unit and K9 units. Additionally, 1,135 mobile patrol units and 1,731 foot patrol officers will be active throughout the five police districts and the Regional Mobile Force Battalion.

Aberin assured that the NCRPO's presence aims to reassure students, parents, and educators of their safety, emphasizing continuous police visibility and rapid emergency response. The deployment will cover 1,206 public and private schools in Metro Manila, ensuring 24/7 coverage in high-traffic and risk-prone areas.

In Central Luzon, Police Regional Office Region 3 (PRO-3) Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo noted the police's participation in the annual 'Brigada Eskwela' kickoff event. She has directed intensified security in public areas and schools, with police visits aimed at providing added protection and conducting information drives on crime prevention.

The PRO-3's collaboration with local governments and force multipliers underscores the commitment to maintaining safety in schools as students prepare to return on June 16. Fajardo emphasized that 'Brigada Eskwela' serves as a vital opportunity for the police to demonstrate their support and partnership with students, teachers, and parents.
