PBBM Inaugurates Bagong Pilipinas eGovPH Serbisyo Hub to Streamline Public Services

San juan: President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. inaugurated the Bagong Pilipinas eGovPH Serbisyo Hub (BPESH), a centralized platform aimed at delivering more efficient public services to Filipinos. The hub serves as a one-stop shop to simplify governmental processes and reduce the time required for citizens to obtain clearances and access services.

According to Philippines News Agency, President Marcos expressed optimism about the impact of BPESH, emphasizing the potential to simplify and expedite public access to government services. He acknowledged the traditional delays in obtaining government clearances and highlighted the government's efforts to modernize and improve service delivery.

The BPESH, located at the Makabagong San Juan National Government Center in San Juan City, is part of a broader initiative to establish similar facilities across local governments in the country. The hub aims to benefit citizens, particularly those in remote areas, by providing more opportunities for engagement through enhanced connectivity.

President Marcos also encouraged the use of the eGovPH Super App, a mobile application that consolidates various government services, allowing citizens to conduct transactions online. The app has received international recognition and aims to further convenience by enabling electronic banking for government payments.

Since its soft launch on June 2, BPESH has been providing vital services, including medical financial assistance, legal counseling, job-matching opportunities, and application processing for clearances and records. The hub features digital infrastructure to support online applications, real-time tracking, and feedback, with trained personnel available to assist users unfamiliar with digital systems.

The government plans to expand BPESH to other strategic locations nationwide, continuing its efforts to enhance public service accessibility and efficiency.
