She praised the NPO for being a pillar of reliability and integrity, emphasizing its role as a cornerstone in the government's efforts to communicate transparently with the Filipino populace. Ridao acknowledged the NPO's dedication to service, resilience, and its deep sense of responsibility. She specifically commended the agency for handling the critical task of printing official ballots and other election documents, including preparations for the upcoming 2025 midterm elections. Meanwhile, NPO Chief Francis Carlo Taparan expressed gratitude towards the employees of NPO, recognizing their unwavering dedication and positive attitude, which have significantly shaped the agency over the years. Additionally, it manages the printing of information materials for the Philippine Information Agency, the Office of the Press Secretary, and the Office of the President.
