It was the second doubles title for the Filipino duo after beating Ai Sin Huang of Chinese Taipei and Han Frida Siu of Hong Kong, 6-1, 6-1, in the first leg last week. According to Philippines News Agency, Lee Yerin continued her impressive run by repeating her victory against Aludo, 6-3, 6-1, to secure her second singles title in the tournament, which offers World Tennis points. Lee had previously scored a 6-3, 6-0 victory over Aludo in the first round finals last week, showcasing her dominance in the singles category. In the boys' division, Chinese No. 2 seed Huang Jian emerged victorious by defeating Indian No. 4 seed Yashwin Dahiya, 6-3, 6-0, to claim the singles title. The doubles competition saw second seeds Weibo Huang and Bing-Huan Tsai of Chinese Taipei triumph over Huang and Dahiya, with a scoreline of 3-6, 6-2, 10-6. The Taiwanese pair had also secured the first leg crown over the local tandem of John Kendrick Bona and Stephen Yu Fuertes, 5-7, 7-5, 10-5. Now on its 18th edition, the annual tournament continues to be a breeding ground for future tennis stars.
