PhilHealth Konsulta Expands Coverage in Antique

Culasi: The Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) is holding another leg of its two-day Konsultasyong Sulit at Tama (Konsulta) service caravan in Antique to register more members with the comprehensive outpatient benefits package. The fifth leg of the series of caravans in Antique kicked off in Culasi on Tuesday.

According to Philippines News Agency, the first leg for 2025 began in Caluya on May 26 to 30, followed by the municipalities of Tibiao, Patnongon, and Sibalom in May and June. The state health insurer targets to bring the caravan to the 18 municipalities of Antique this year.

The Konsulta service delivery caravans increased registration to 381,169 as of May 30 from 340,685 in the preceding month. Konsulta fulfills the mandate of the Universal Health Care Law to ensure that all Filipinos are guaranteed equitable access to quality and affordable healthcare goods and services.

All Filipinos shall be registered with an accredited PhilHealth Konsulta provider of their choice and be eligible to avail of consultation, risk screening and assessment, select laboratory and diagnostic tests, and select drugs and medicines.
