Pantabangan: The Police Regional Office-Central Luzon (PRO-3): reported Monday a decline in crimes across the region in June, along with major accomplishments in its anti-illegal drugs, anti-criminality, and law enforcement campaigns.
According to Philippines News Agency, PRO-3 reported that the region's eight focus crimes dropped by 24.8 percent, from 310 cases in June 2025 to 233 in the same month this year, due to intensified police efforts, visibility, intelligence strategies, and collaboration with local agencies. The eight focus crimes are murder, homicide, physical injury, rape, robbery, theft, carnapping of motor vehicles, and carnapping of motorcycles.
The region's anti-illegal drugs campaign also achieved significant results with 800 operations, arresting 1,105 drug suspects and seizing about PHP69.9 million worth of illegal drugs, including shabu, marijuana, cocaine, ecstasy, and kush marijuana.
