PRO-Central Luzon Named Top Police Regional Office for June

Manila: The Police Regional Office-Central Luzon (PRO-3) emerged as the country's top-performing regional office for June in the Monthly Unit Performance Evaluation Rating, surpassing 17 other regional offices nationwide.

According to Philippines News Agency, PRO-3 achieved a performance rating of 85.25 percent alongside a crime drop rate of 24.8 percent. In a statement issued Friday, PRO-3 highlighted that this recognition reflects its comprehensive performance in key areas of police operations, administration, community relations, and organizational management. The accomplishment underscores the sustained efforts of its personnel in maintaining peace and order while delivering public service across Central Luzon.

"This achievement belongs to every PRO-3 personnel who faithfully performs his or her duty each day. Being No. 1 nationwide is an honor, but it also carries a greater responsibility," PRO-3 Director Brig. Gen. Jess Mendez stated. He emphasized the need for continuous improvement and ensuring that their performance is impactful within the communities they serve.

Mendez further elaborated that the ranking should not be perceived merely as an accolade but as an ongoing challenge for PRO-3 to uphold professionalism and improve performance. The goal is to provide more responsive police services to the public.

PRO-3 reiterated its commitment to pursuing the PNP Focused Agenda through sustained law enforcement operations, strengthening police-community partnerships, and delivering responsive public service throughout Central Luzon. Mendez also expressed his appreciation to local government units, partner agencies, stakeholders, and communities for their ongoing cooperation and support in maintaining peace and order in the region.
