He noted that the freedom enjoyed by the country is hard-earned, fought fo r, and defended by the heroes. 'Hindi ito basta dumating. Our ancestors stood with courage so that we could walk free today. Sila ay nangarap ng isang bansang malaya at may dangal. Tayo ang tagapagmana ng pangarap na iyon (This did not just come. Our ancestors stood with courage so that we could walk free today. They dreamed of having a free and dignified nation and we inherit that dream),' Olowan said. 'Let us be models of transparency, accountability, and integrity. Let us support our economic progress. Whether we are in planning, policymaking, or on the front lines, your work matters.'
