Taipei: Taiwan has announced the extension of its visa-free entry privilege for Filipinos until July 31, 2027, as confirmed by the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO).
According to Philippines News Agency, TECO stated that the extension is in reciprocity for the visa-free privileges the Philippines has extended to Taiwanese nationals. In a statement, TECO emphasized the mutual benefit of this arrangement, expressing a desire to see two-way travel between Taiwan and the Philippines continue to grow.
The program allows Philippine passport holders to enter Taiwan without a visa for up to 14 days. This extension is effective immediately and will remain in place until July 31, 2027.
