DSWD-11 Regional Director Rhuelo Aradanas assured the public of the agency's dedication to providing aid promptly and responsibly. The ECT program aims to not only offer financial support but also restore dignity and hope to the affected families. "As the rollout continues, we assure the public that all qualified beneficiaries will be served and no family will be left behind in the recovery process," Aradanas stated.
The program's implementation, in collaboration with local government units (LGUs), is a crucial part of DSWD's disaster response strategy. It is supported by a stringent validation process to ensure the aid reaches the most vulnerable households.
