He urged everyone to spread the spirit of the 'Love and Blessing Virus' as a message of hope, unity, and servic e, not just within the organization but also throughout communities. The LAB Virus Program is part of a nationwide synchronized campaign led by PNPOLCFI across all Philippine National Police (PNP) regional offices. Its launch at Camp Crame, Quezon City, directed by PNPOLCFI national adviser Mary Rose Marbil, wife of former PNP chief Gen. Rommel Francisco Marbil, highlighted the foundation's long-standing dedication to the PNP community and the public at large. During the event, the Regional Medical and Dental Unit 3 provided free medical services, including circumcision, eye checkups, and medical and dental consultations, benefiting over 100 individuals. Through initiatives like the LAB Virus Progra m, the PNP and its partner organizations reaffirm their commitment to providing humane, inclusive, and proactive public service.
