W. Visayas 4Ps Members Encouraged to Update Household Data via i-Registro

Iloilo City: Household beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) in Western Visayas are encouraged to update their profiles by accessing the i-Registro web portal in preparation for the implementation of the First 1,000 Days (F1KD) conditional cash grants. F1KD is a top-up grant for pregnant women and children zero to two years old in 4Ps households.

According to Philippines News Agency, the F1KD is an initiative of the DSWD under 4Ps aimed at improving maternal and child health and nutrition of pregnant women and infants. The National Household Targeting Section Regional Field Coordinator in Western Visayas, Mark Louis Babiarte, emphasized the critical importance of the first 1,000 days of life for children. Babiarte stated that the conditional cash grant under F1KD would commence this year, but some members currently lack updated records in the 4Ps database.

To expedite the profile updating process, i-Registro, a web portal, will be utilized for updating information on pregnant mothers and children aged zero to two years in 4Ps households. The portal is accessible online via www.i-Registro-4ps.dswd.gov.ph. Beneficiaries must be registered with the Philippine Identification System, or alternatively, they will need to visit their 4Ps municipal link to update their information.

For pregnant mothers, the necessary documents include their medical record, while for children zero to two years old, a birth certificate is required. Since the start of the profile updating last month, Babiarte noted that 88 members have been verified and accepted through the i-Registro portal.
